Haven¡¯t had any of those issues with this one after using for about a week, so would highly recommend. I stumbled across this switch when looking for a POE, environment hardened switch for a CCTV installation. I found this unit and never looked back, I have installed a lot of these units for CCTV jobs and the only issue I had was the external power supply on one unit died. I called support and the sent me replacement and I was back up and running. I have these installed inside of electrical cabinets in a parking garage and they work great.
