Complete Fiber Optic Testing Solutions for FTTH & Telecom Networks

We offer a full portfolio of fiber optic testing equipment designed to ensure accurate signal measurement, fault detection, and network performance verification. Whether you are working on fiber installation or maintenance, our tools help improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Visual Fault Locator (VFL) — Fiber Break Detection Tools

Visual Fault Locators are essential tools for identifying fiber breaks, bends, and signal loss points. Our VFL series includes pen-type and handheld laser testers with ranges from 5km to 50km.

Multi-Function Fiber Testing Kits

Our all-in-one testing tools integrate multiple functions such as VFL, OPM, RJ45 testing, and signal detection into compact portable devices.

Optical Power Meter (OPM) & Multimeter Tools

Optical Power Meters are used to measure signal strength and ensure proper fiber link performance. Our OPM series supports high-precision testing for telecom and FTTH systems.

OTDR Fiber Testers for Advanced Network Analysis

OTDR testers provide advanced fiber diagnostics including loss measurement, splice point detection, and distance mapping for comprehensive network analysis.

Fiber Identifier & Light Source Tools

Fiber identifiers and stable light sources help detect active fiber signals and support maintenance operations without interrupting service.

Fiber Fusion & Installation Tools

For fiber network construction and repair, precision tools are essential for low-loss splicing and clean fiber cutting.

Network Cable Testers & Wire Finders

In addition to fiber tools, we provide network cable testers for Ethernet and telephone line diagnostics.

Frequently Asked Questions About Fiber Optic Testing Tools

An Optical Power Meter (OPM) is used alongside a light source to measure the absolute power of the optical signal and overall insertion loss in a fiber link. An OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer), like our 45dB NK6800, is a much more advanced diagnostic tool. It acts like “fiber radar,” shooting light pulses into the cable to pinpoint the exact location and distance of breaks, splices, and high-loss bends.

The power of the VFL determines how far the visible red laser can travel through the fiber. A standard 10mW VFL is typically sufficient for short-distance tracing up to 10-15 kilometers, ideal for indoor data centers. For long-haul telecommunication lines, we highly recommend a 30mW high-power VFL, which can illuminate breaks and micro-bends up to 50 kilometers away.

Absolutely. Our fusion splicing machines, such as the K6 and M5 series, are designed specifically for rugged field environments. They feature 6-motor core-to-core alignment for extreme accuracy and are equipped with high-capacity lithium batteries (e.g., 7800mAh) that support hundreds of splicing and heating cycles on a single charge. Many models also include built-in OPM and VFL functions, reducing the amount of gear you need to carry on-site.
